DAY1 - CONTENT PEDAGOGY (Sci, SS, LA, Math is different)....will use literacy
-"Team" work is not a built in teacher skill
-RTI, collecting data, reporting back....
-learning leaders (ops for teams and students) v instructional leaders
DAY2 - PD sructures, coherence, systems thinking (what was used in classroom and how effective)(feedback loop)
DURING THE YEAR - 5 to 6 days, using action research, building leadership skills, continue walk-thru

DEFINING LITERACY
-ELEM- "RAPS"
-MIDDLE- editing/revising, questioning techniques for staff to students, "RAPS", using writing to extend
-BHS- reinforcing skills across curriculum, going to use "RAPS" with 9 next year
-SPED- fit reading strategy with kid, one size fits all hurts some students
